St. Anthony's provides qualified pre-school education to children aged from 1 to 6 of any nationality.

School and home are the primary forces that shape a child's future. At our school St. Anthony's, we are committed to working with parents in guiding their children to develop crucial skills to adapt to an ever-changing world. Our efforts are aimed at more than "Childhood Education". We focus on the mental, emotional, social and physical development of children who are entrusted to our care.

English is the principal medium of instruction and Chinese is used as a second language of teaching.

Class curriculum is based on themes at respective levels. It is integrated with a variety of activities and subjects including field trips, themed visits; and Arts and Craft to develop the fullest of their physical, intellectual, emotional and social potentialities.

Major subjects include English Language, Phonics, Reading, Mathematics, Music and Chinese.

Lessons are conducted in small groups, recognized by the Macau Education Department (DSEJ), to enhance closer interaction between teachers and students.

以不同的主題引申多元化課程，包括户外活動,主題參觀,探訪活動;及美術和 勞作，從中進行實地學習，鍛鍊孩子的體力、智力、感應力和對社會的認知能力。
主要學科包括英語語法、發音、閱讀、數學、唱遊、中文。
配合教育暨青年局倡議的小班教學，促進師生互動。
